Who Made This?
I'm Kendra Williams, a celiac disease advocate and frequent business and personal traveler. When I was diagnosed with cellac disease, figuring out how to travel without getting sick or going hungry was my top worry.
Since I traveled for business, often the place I stayed was not my choice, so I developed a system that works no matter where you stay. I can eat safely in a simple hotel room or in a house with a full kitchen.
I now travel with my gluten-detection service dog Suki, but this is the strategy I developed long before I trained her. I also use it often when I travel without her for business or vacation.
I love sharing practical advice for living gluten-free, and travel is one of the most important parts of enjoying life. I want to share my love of travel with you.
