FAQ's

Is San Diego easy for gluten-free travelers?

San Diego has good gluten-free options, but they are not always located in the same area. Restaurants usually have gluten-free options on the menu, but I find that they often cater to people who are not concerned with cross-contact. As someone with celiac disease, it is very imporant to ask all the questions when dining at a non-dedicated gluten-free restaurant. This guide includes recommendations to all of my favorite dedicated gluten-free restaurants as well as the non-dedicated ones that I frequently visit which have been approved by my gluten dection service dog.
